In this course, students will learn about community psychology through readings, discussion, and direct experience. Subtopics include methods in community psychology, community psychology principles and values, community development and organizing, coalition building, collaboration and intervention. Through the course, students will be heavily involved in some project, group, or organization in Middletown.
Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the first class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the Registrar's Office.
