Quantitative Methods in Psychology

This course will introduce the procedures and issues involved in quantitative psychological research.

MAJOR READINGS

A text in experimental psychology and a set of journal articles.

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS

Several research reports, an original research project, and a final exam.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS

This section will be taught mainly in a lecture/discussion format.

Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the first class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the Registrar's Office.
