Contemporary Christian Thought
RELI224 SP

Ini the wake of the long project of modernity this course examines a wide range of Christian beliefs (and methods) in select currents of traditional, liberation, feminist, and Third World ideologies. Though Christian theology is conventionally identified with religion, the course also examines recent Christian thought (theological and otherwise) in education, history, or political theorizing. E.g., reflection on educational purpose, issues, and practices will be encouraged.
