Psychological Statistics
PSYC201 FA
This course provides a general introduction to the use of statistics in psychological research. Both descriptive and inferential statistics will be examined. Special attention will be given to the logic underlying the
use of statistics in psychology
and the interpretation of statistical analysis.
MAJOR READINGS
An introductory statistics text.
EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
In class exams, a final, and lab assignments.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
This course must be taken concurrently with PSYC214. Students who have successfully enrolled in this course will add Psyc214 in class during Drop/Add only.
