General Physics Laboratory II
PHYS124 SP

This laboratory course is designed to be taken in conjunction with PHYS116 or PHYS224. Students will get hands on experience with physical systems which demonstrate the principles being studied in the lecture courses. Hands on experience helps in developing a physical intuition and understanding of the material.

Weekly laboratory session.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS

To be taken concurrently with PHYS116; may be elected by students taking PHYS224. Students planning to enter the health professions should be aware that a year of physics WITH LABORATORY is usually required for admission. Consult your major advisor if you are in doubt about similar requirements in your field.

Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the first class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the Registrar's Office.
