Conflict in the Middle East

This course analyzes the types, causes, processes and forms of domestic and international political conflict, using the contemporary Middle East as a case study. It includes issues such as nationalism, ideology, religion, inter-Arab relations, the Palestinian problem, Iranian revolution and the Gulf War, as well as the Arab-Israeli dispute.
