Political Leadership in the Middle East

This seminar will base its exploration of Middle East politics through the prism of leadership. The conceptual framework is designed not only to expose students to critical tools of comparative analysis (i.e. elites, masses, ideology, behavior) but also to provide a survey of domestic/international issues related to the Middle East.
