Structural Geology
E&ES223 FA

This course is a study of rock deformation-- the behavior of different rock materials under stress. Classification, nature and origin of tectonic features on local and regional scales will be stressed. These features will be studied in the field and their relationships will be analyzed in order to enable determination of geologic histories in different regions of southern New England and southern New York state.
