Economic Analysis and the Law
ECON225 SP

The course examines the scientific value and methodology of economic analysis as a way of understanding the structure and evolution of the legal system. MAJOR READINGS

All readings on reserve. Drawn from economic sources (authors such as R.H. Coase, and F. A. Hayek) as well as legal and judicial writing. Substantial readings in case law. Textbooks to be determined.
