Patterns of Organic Reactions I
CHEM259 FA
Patterns of nucleophile-electrophile reactions are covered. The workshop is designed to be especially helpful for students taking CHEM383. Proton transfer patterns are given special emphasis. Problems are presented
and solved in class.
MAJOR READINGS
A work manual is provided.
EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
Grading (pass/fail) is based on completion of problem assignments.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
This course will be given in the first half of the semester. Students must drop this course by October 23.
