Housing and Public Policy

Since World War II, housing has undergone a series of
radical transformations in the United States, from the rise
of the suburbs in the 50s to today's crisis of homelessness
for millions. This course will explore the role of
government and public policy in this transformation and seek
to create a model of what public policy concerning housing
should be in the 21st century.
