This is the mandatory writing lab attached to Soc 151, section 3. Students will be required to attend weekly sessions offering special attention to the writing of each week's assignment and also to the midterm and final examination. Attention will be focused on both the technical aspects of writing, e.g., thesis paragraphs, citations, etc., and on the ways to generate sociological analyses.

In order to take this lab, students must be registered in Soc 151, section 3. For information about registering for this lab, consult the sheet posted at the Sociology Dept. office. You will not register for this lab through the computer system. Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the first class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the Registrar's Office.
