This course provides an overview of classic and contemporary
research in social psychology. A wide range of topics will
be covered, including prejudice, conformity, obedience,
romantic attraction, decision making, and conflict
resolution. The lectures will focus largely on the results
of experimental research and will be supplemented with
several videotapes and class demonstrations.
MAJOR READINGS

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
SECTION 1: Four fixed-format
examinations involving a mixture of multiple-choice,
