Step aerobics is a high-intensity, low-impact program that
involves stepping onto a platform while simultaneously
performing upper torso movements. The class is designed to
improve various components of fitness using a series of
specific exercises performed that adapt to all ability
levels. Previous experience in aerobics is required.

First class will
meet in Freeman Athletic Center classroom.
Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting
or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the
first class, they will be dropped from the class list.
NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form
to the Registrar's Office.
1st quarter - 1 section - 116.01 Sept 9 - October 23
NOTE: Students must withdraw from this course by October 23
2nd quarter - 1 section - 116.02 Oct 26 - Dec 11
Note: Students must add this course by Nov 2.
