Multidimensional Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy
MB&B370 SP
Crosslistings: CHEM370
Not Currently Offered
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is a widely
used technique in molecular biology, chemistry and
biochemistry. This course presents basic principles and
experimental methods in NMR. Description of most NMR
experiments is based on the spin product operator formalism.
Two-, three-, and four-dimensional NMR experiments useful
for chemical and biochemical structure determination are
emphasized.
