This course presents a case study approach to understanding
drugs, their mechanisms of action and their side effects.
MAJOR READINGS
EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
Hour exams and a final exam.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
Students must
attend the first lecture to be enrolled in this course.
There will be a series of two hour computer workshops during
the semester. Students must have adequate background in
molecular structure. Preferably students should have taken
MB&B/CHEM383 or be currently enrolled in this course.
Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting
or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the
first class, they will be dropped from the class list.
NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form
to the Registrar's Office.
