An introduction to international politics, applying various
theories of state behavior to selected historical cases.
Topics include the balance of power, change in international
systems, the causes of war and the role of international
law, institutions and morality in the relations among
nations.

Final exam in class (2 hours),

Enrollment limited
to freshmen and sophomores. This is a computer intensive
course.
Unless preregistered students attend the first class
meeting or communicate directly with the instructor prior to
the first class, they will be dropped from the class list.
