First-year students interested in the practical aspects of
writing scripts for live performance should consider this
course. A three-page scene is required each week. No
previous experience is needed.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
Students wishing
to be admitted to this course should submit a piece of
writing, preferably in dramatic form and approx. 3-10 pages
long to Sheila Kelleher at 285 Court St., by 4:00 p.m.,
September 4th. The material must include the names of the
author, the course number, a mailbox number and a phone
number if available. A list of those accepted will be
posted in the English department by the first day of class.
You may not pre-register for this course.
Registration will take place during the Drop/Add period.
Unless registered students attend the first class meeting or
communicate directly with the instructor prior to the first
class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE:
Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the
Registrar's Office.
