This is a special topics course in molecular biophysics and
topically related areas dealing with topics of emerging
research and pedalogical interest. The topics to be
considered will include Bioinformatics -- Protein and
Nucleic Acid Sequence Analysis, Macromolecular Modeling,
and Protein Structure Prediction.
MAJOR READINGS
Readings will be assigned from current
literature.
EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
Half-term project or paper.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
This course will be
held the SECOND HALF of the term. Students will have five
days after the start of the course to add this course. They
have until November 13 to drop this course.
