This is a special topics course in molecular biophysics and topically related areas dealing with topics of emerging research and pedalogical interest. The topics to be considered will include Bioinformatics -- Protein and Nucleic Acid Sequence Analysis, Macromolecular Modeling, and Protein Structure Prediction.

MAJOR READINGS

Readings will be assigned from current
literature.

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS

Half-term project or paper.

This course will be held the FIRST HALF of the term. Students have until October 23 to drop this course.
