EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS

SECTION 1: Short papers. SECTION 2: Take-home mid-term, take home final, and ongoing journal of reactions to class themes. SECTION 3: Two mid-term exams, take-home final, and ongoing journal of reaction to class readings. SECTION 4: Short papers, fieldwork report, participation, perfect attendance.

Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the first class, they will be dropped from the class list. NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the Registrar's Office.
