Seminar in Prevention Science

This seminar will examine current prevention programs aimed
at reducing risk for such emotional and behavioral disorders
such as depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. Special
attention will be given to potentially malleable risk and
protective factors targeted by these programs, selection and
measurement of outcomes, and program efficacy in schools,
health care organizations and community settings.

This is a
specialized course in the study area of
Personality/Psychopathology.
Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting
or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the
first class, they will be dropped from the class list.
NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form
to the Registrar's Office.
