This is an introductory course that will feature
instruction providing the basic skills necessary
for technical rock climbing. The climbing wall in the new
physical education center will be the site for the course,
with some outdoor climbing possible when weather permits.
All equipment provided.
MAJOR READINGS
While there are no major readings or
examinations, attendance is required in all activity
classes.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
First class in each quarter will meet in Freeman Athletic
Center classroom.
1st Quarter - 1 section - 169.01 - September 10 - October 22
NOTE: Students must withdraw from this course by October 23.
Unless preregistered students attend the first class
meeting or communicate directly with the instructor prior to
the first class, they will be dropped from the class list.
NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form
to the Registrar's Office.
