The course provides review of first year skills as well as appropriate new material to help improve the grammatical structures, active and passive vocabulary, comprehension of both literary and non-literary Hebrew texts. Israeli films will be viewed. The students will discuss and write compositions on topics related to the texts and the films.

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS

Daily assignments, two tests, and weekly written and oral assignments.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS

Regular attendance and class participation are required. HEBR201 is a prerequisite. If students have not taken HEBR201 they make take HEBR202 with the permission of the instructor.
