The biology of growth and reproduction. A comparative study of mechanisms for the control of growth and reproduction with an emphasis on vertebrate hormonal control. The development and function of relevant selected tissues and organs will be examined at the cellular and biochemical level.

Fifteen to 20 page paper on some aspect of modern endocrinology. Permission of instructor required for students who have not taken BIOL205, 206 and 207.
