Photo Caption and Credits
Beginning with the late Roman Empire, this course will
investigate problems of continuity and change in the arts
and in society around the Mediterranean basin to the year
1000.

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
One or two short papers, one
long (10-12 page) paper, mid-term, final.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting
or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the
first class, they will be dropped from the class list.
NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form
to the Registrar's Office.
