Introduction to the theory and practice of interdisciplinary
cultural studies in a variety of periods and media. An
original research project is required.
MAJOR READINGS

Three short papers and a
research paper (15 pages).

Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting
or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the
