Course of Study: The student explores how the various theater arts (writing, directing, acting and designing) combine to produce a dramatic performance. Readings, lectures and discussions include a survey of theater history and representative selection of plays, supplemented by guest artist visits from the faculty and other professional theater artists. The student submits written critiques of theatre performances, scene studies, mid-term and final examinations.
