This optional laboratory course, designed to be taken in
conjunction with PHYS116, is devoted to experiments in
optics, electromagnetism and quantum physics.

Weekly laboratory session.

To be taken
concurrently with PHYS116; may be elected by students taking
PHYS224. Students planning to enter the health professions
should be aware that a year of physics WITH LABORATORY is
usually required for admission. Consult your major advisor
if you are in doubt about similar requirements in your
field.
