This laboratory course, taken concurrently with PHYS112, provides experience with phenomena discussed in lecture.

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS

None. Lab notebooks are reviewed by lab instructor at the end of each weekly lab meeting. No other write-ups are required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS

To be taken concurrently with PHYS112. Students planning to enter the health professions should be aware that a year of physics WITH LABORATORY is usually required for admission to graduate school. Consult your major advisor if you are in doubt about similar requirements in your field. Each laboratory section is limited to 16.
