The course objective is to build upon the skills learned
in beginning swimming. Emphasis is placed upon improving
the overhand crawl stroke with rotary breathing. Students
will be introduced to the basic skills needed to learn the
backstroke and breaststroke.
MAJOR READINGS
While there are no major readings or
examinations, attendance is required in all activity
classes.
EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
None
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
Attendance
required. The first class of each quarter will meet in
Freeman Athletic Center classroom.
Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting
or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the
first class, they will be dropped from the class list.
NOTE: Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form
to the Registrar's Office.

NOTE: Students must add this 2nd Quarter course by Nov 4.
