Topics in DNA Replication
MB&B516 SP

Among the many processes in which DNA is involved, its replication is perhaps the most interesting and will be the subject of study in this course. Specific topics to be covered will include considerations of structure and function of DNA; biosynthesis; the DNA polymerases, topoisomerases and other enzymes; replication mechanisms and questions of regulation.
