Spaces with filters. The category is called SpFi. An object is a compact Hausdorff space with a distinguished filter base of dense open sets. A morphism is a continuous map inversely preserving the filter bases. SpFi is very useful in certain studies of Boolean algebras, lattice-ordered groups, and frames. But, SpFi is a relative wilderness -- it's not even very clear what a subspace is. We shall explore.
