Intermediate modern dance, the emphasis of this class will
be on technical efficiency, and accurate alignment. The
dancing will focus on movement clarity and on the use of
space, time, dynamics, and projection. Friday's class
taught by different visiting artists.

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
Attendance at assigned dance
concerts, participation in group assignments, short papers.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS
May be repeated for
credit. Placement on this level requires the recommendation
of dance technique teacher the previous semester or
permission of the instructor. Students who believe they are
at this level should attend the first class with a Drop/Add
slip.
Unless preregistered students attend the first class meeting
or communicate directly with the instructor prior to the
first class, they be dropped from the class list. NOTE:
Students must still submit a completed Drop/Add form to the
Registrar's Office.
