An archaeological and art historical investigation of
prehistoric Greece. Among the topics: The origins and
identity of the early Greeks; the relations of Bronze Age
Greece with Europe, Asia and Africa; the historicity of the
Trojan War; the structure of early Greek societies;
explanations for the collapse of the Bronze Age.
