Mammalian Development
BIOL520 SP

This lecture and seminar course will begin with an overview
of early mammalian embryogenesis and then focus on current
topics in the field, including teratocarcinoma cells, cell
lineage-determining genes, transgenic mice, and
gene targeting to generate mutant mice.

undergraduates who have completed BIOL205 and BIOL206. The
