Eukaryotic Genetics

This course will examine techniques and tools of eukaryotic genetics, including mutant screens, transposable elements, somatic mosaics, and germ-line transformation, particularly as applied to developmental biology. The primary model organism will be Drosophila, though examples of other systems will also be included.

Problem sets and paper summaries; one library research paper.
