South Indian Voice - Beginning
MUSC 430 SP
Building on the fundamental exercises they learned in Music 110, students will be taught songs, beginning with simple forms and increasing in complexity. There will also be exercises to develop the necessary skills for
progress into the more complex forms. Students will be expected to perform in the annual South Indian Music student recital at the end of the semester.
EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
Daily practice is expected, periodic readings, attendance at concerts, midterm performance exam, end of semester performance

Regular, punctual attendance is essential.
