Principles of Biology I--Laboratory
MB&B 191 FA
This laboratory course, to be taken concurrently with MB&B181 or BIOL181, provides direct experience with techniques used in cell biology and genetic research. These include phase contrast microscopy, spectrophotometry,
enzyme assays, mutagenesis and electrophoresis.
