Advanced Filmmaking
FILM 457 SP

This workshop is designed for senior film majors who, having successfully completed the Sight and Sound Workshop, are prepared to undertake an individual or small team project. Because of space and equipment, the number of projects that can be approved is limited. Students must petition for enrollment by proposal at the end of their junior year. Production costs are borne largely by the student.

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS

Written proposal, short film script, project completion, final paper.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS and/or COMMENTS

Enrollment limited to senior film majors. Requirements: FILM 450 and project approval. Please be aware that the course fee has increased -- Lab fee: $150.00. Projects normally require two semesters of work.
