Emotions, Motivation, and Development
PSYC 330 SP
This seminar will focus on current research and theory regarding children's emotions and emotional development. Various topics will be covered including; the motivational and communicative poles of emotions; biological
substrates
of emotion; children's emotion, regulation and social competence; adult specialization of children's emotions; and a number of other developmental and clinical issues.
