Portuguese for Spanish Speakers II
LANG 156 SP

This course is the continuation of a year-long course which offers students who are competent in Spanish the opportunity to study Portuguese in an accelerated format. It is anticipated that by the end of this two-semester course sequence students will be able to read complex texts, easily follow classroom discussion, and proceed to the study of literature and other subjects through the medium of Portuguese.
