Family Biography
ENGL 303 FA
This non-fiction writing course focuses on biography as a mode of knowledge as well as an art form. Students will be helped to conceptualize, research, and write a piece of family history -- a 30-page biographical
portrait
of a family member, preferably a parent or grandparent. Format will be that of a writing workshop and seminar.
