Econometrics
ECON 385 SP

Econometrics is the study of statistical techniques for analyzing economic data. The course reviews multiple regression and develops advanced procedures. Students work on individual research projects and learn to use econometric software.

Regular problem sets, a mid-term exam, a final and a term paper applying econometric techniques to an economic problem of interest to the student.

Students will use statistical computer programs in the campus data labs.
