Class discussion centers on examples of governmental intervention through the antitrust statutes (Sherman, Clayton, F.T.C., Robinson-Patman and Cellar-Kefauver acts) on cartels, price-fixing conspiracies, predation, mergers, monopolies, unfair acts and practices, damage calculations, discrimination, tie-in sales and vertical restraints.
