Running for Fitness
PHED 139 SP
This course may be repeated for credit.
Running for Fitness is an introduction to the basic principles of a fitness running program. The training program will be individualized for each student based on his or her particular goals. Topics will include proper
training techniques, running gear, injury prevention and stretching. All levels of running welcome.
