Topics covered in this study of open-economy macroeconomics include exchange-rate determination, balance of payments, international capital flows, international lending and borrowing, international repercussions of macroeconomic policy, and international monetary arrangements. A substantial amount of time will be devoted to current events in international finance.

Numerous journal articles and news articles on current events.
