This seminar focuses on advanced theoretical treatment of few major topic areas: extensions to the model of perfect competition, investment and pre-emption, network effects, and vertical interaction.

MAJOR READINGS

Selected books in industrial economics. Articles form various journals.

EXAMINATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS

Final exam as scheduled by the Registrar's Office; several papers and presentations discussing and extending the readings.
