Biological Structure
BIOL 344 SP
This course studies the theory, methods and interpretation of cellular structure, using various techniques including, but not limited to, transmission and scanning electron microscopy, fluorescent immunocytochemistry,
and
confocal microscopy. Course will consist of lectures, discussion, seminars and laboratory projects.
