This class expands upon the course content covered in Drawing I (ARST131). Problems will initially focus on the anatomical aspect of the human form. Other problems involving expression, content, process, sequence, two-dimensional design and management of implied space are to be covered as well. Color is also a topic for discussion in this class. A variety of media and techniques are to be used. Further, the development of personal concepts and style are an aim in this class. The instructor bases enrollment in this class upon review of a portfolio from Drawing I.
